At Technifiltre, we support you at every stage of your project to guarantee filtration and extraction analysis. These are designed in accordance with best practices and meet regulatory requirements. From initial analysis to commissioning, including detailed design, we provide you with high-performance tools and solid expertise. Based on our experience and our technical and regulatory expertise, this approach guarantees high-performance installations. It also allows you to control costs and ensure the long-term viability of your investment.
Diagnostic tools
To ensure that filtration and extraction systems work properly, we use analysis and diagnostic tools. This equipment allows us to identify current performance, detect any malfunctions, and define areas for improvement tailored to your needs.
Speed and vacuum measurement tool
We use a simple, proven tool to check the air flow rate at the inlet of the capture vents and in the ductwork and to measure the negative pressure at the outlet of the purifier. This data is essential to ensure that your system is operating optimally and to quickly detect any malfunctions.
Particle counter
This device measures the level of particles in the ambient air of the workshop. It also monitors the quality of the air purified by the filtration units. The results obtained are compared with reference values, in particular those in the INRS guide ‘Capture and treatment of cutting fluid aerosols’ and ‘General principles of ventilation’ .
Smoke generator
This tool allows you to visualise the behaviour of the air inside the enclosure. It is particularly effective for identifying leaks and air flow and helps you understand how pollutants behave inside the cabin. On large machines, it also allows you to position the collection points. This ensures maximum efficiency of the filtration unit.
Some of these diagnostic tools are used to establish an initial assessment. They also enable us to make appropriate recommendations based on the reference values of an existing or newly installed system. However, please note that we do not issue measurement certificates.
Aeraulic simulator
Designing an efficient filtration or extraction system requires a rigorous approach. Once the reference flow rates have been established, the pressure drop of the installation must be known in order to select the extraction unit. Our aeraulic simulation tool is a powerful tool that allows us to take all the elements of your network into account. At Technifiltre, we are committed to finding the best balance between performance, energy savings and adaptation to your specific constraints.
This software allows us to model in detail the network connecting your machines to the filtration unit. It also allows us to calculate the pressure drops generated by the network layout (length, elbows, descents to each machine, etc.), in order to accurately ensure the performance of the installation. The airflow simulator is also used to optimise the diameter of the piping by finding the right balance between speed and pressure drop. The tool also allows us to validate the sizing of the extraction and filtration unit. Finally, when the machines are not operating 100% simultaneously, our simulation tool allows us to check that the performance of the installation is maintained.
This software guarantees ideal extraction, capture and flow rates at the capture point, thereby optimising the efficiency of the solution. By controlling the technical parameters from the design stage, we enable you to make significant savings, both in terms of network costs and energy expenditure.
3D design
To transform your projects into concrete solutions, 3D design is a key element in our approach. This tool allows us to plan every technical detail, optimise costs and ensure the seamless integration of your solution, while reducing unforeseen events.
Our 3D design tool allows you to visualise your filtration solution in its entirety and in its environment before it is even implemented. This guarantees perfect integration into your facilities while validating the technical feasibility of the project. We also model and design the specific parts required for integration, capture, connection and finishing. 3D design also allows us to provide an accurate quote for the equipment required. This optimises costs and reduces unforeseen events. Finally, we produce a detailed installation plan to facilitate quick and efficient implementation.
Thanks to this 3D modelling, we offer you complete transparency on your project and optimal control of each stage, for a solution that is perfectly tailored to your needs.
