Filtration system for water jet cutting machines
FILTERJET has been specially designed for the filtration of water used in water jet cutting machines (water cutting). The water used for cutting becomes contaminated with abrasives (water-filled cutting machines) and cut materials. The contaminated water flows by gravity from the water jet cutting machine to be filtered by this purifier.
FILTERJET, a dedicated and modular system
Several FILTERJET configurations are available, depending on the type of particles and the filtration threshold to be achieved.
Final filtration of 5µ is possible.
The FILTERJET can consist of:
- A magnetic separator as a primary filter,
- A gravity filter that can use media from 10 to 50µ
- A high-capacity cartridge that can reach 3µ.
This purifier is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
