ARGOS PRO oil mist extractors
LOSMA ARGOS PRO oil mist extractors are designed for high-capacity individual purification systems or centralised installations. This extractor can be installed in the work area or remotely in a technical area. It is suitable for extracting full oil mist or emulsions from machine tools and production machines. This extractor is designed for floor installation. It consists of a settling chamber, a condensate collection tank that can be equipped with a return pump, double pre-filtration and primary filtration.
The quiet chamber reduces the speed, trapping micro-droplets of oil, fine particles and volatile chips. It can be emptied manually or, as an option, a return pump can be installed. The pre-filters complement the effect of the settling chamber. Also, the large-area primary filtration is adapted to the type of lubricant. The motor fan is positioned on the roof of the ARGOS PRO, in a soundproof box. This design reduces the footprint, which is a significant advantage when installed in a workshop.
HEPA 13 post-filtration is available as an option. Ergonomics for maintenance guided the design of this vacuum cleaner. The filter media can be replaced easily and accessed from the clean area. ARGOS PRO is equipped as standard with a pressure gauge to monitor filter clogging.
