European leader in air and cutting fluid filtration, the LOSMA Group, which we distribute in France, will be exhibiting at SIMODEC with its two flagship products in the Air and Fluid ranges.
The SPRING, the flagship product in the fluid range, will be in the spotlight with its oil and emulsion filtration system, which features a fully automatic filtration process. Available in nine sizes for flow rates from 25 to 2,000 l/min, its specific process causes polluting particles to agglomerate on the surface of the filter cloth located inside the drum.
When the cloth is saturated and its filtering capacity decreases, the washing cycle starts automatically. Counter-current jets remove the machining sludge and, while the drum rotates, the dredging system collects the sludge and discharges it.
The Suction section will not be left out with the presentation of the new product unveiled at EMO 2019: the Argos Pro. A concentrate of technologies for air filtration and workplace safety.
Argos Pro fully demonstrates its ability to eliminate oil mist, vapours and fumes from machining operations on large machine tools and centralised installations. Its cartridge filter system with increasing efficiency provides enhanced performance and reduced consumption. This technology increases filtration efficiency and filter life while maintaining greater flow uniformity at the filter inlet.
This version, larger than the previous one, differs in its structure, which has been reinforced to eliminate the vibrations and noise typical of this type of device. This new construction offers enhanced resistance, which is always appreciated during transport and handling.
Equipped with a pressure gauge as standard, the filter unit offers easy monitoring of filter element clogging via a direct reading. The ‘LED Up’ digital display indicates the clogging status via three different colours. Available in 3 sizes, Argos Pro offers flow rates ranging from 3,000 to 15,000 m³/h and different filtration combinations with up to 99.97% efficiency.
