TECHNIFILTRE vacuum cleaners for cutting fluids containing chips are designed for production workshops that use neat oil or emulsion, with or without chips.
Versatile and modular vacuum cleaner
Depending on capacity, vacuum cleaners are available with single-phase bypass motors or side channel turbines with three-phase motors. Vacuum cleaners can be used to simply empty machine tanks, remove chips that have accumulated in the tanks, or filter cutting fluid when the machine does not have a filtration system. Depending on the model, chip filtration is supplemented as standard or as an option with 100µ or 300µ fine filtration. The return pump installed in the vacuum cleaner tank allows it to be emptied while the liquid is being sucked up. A level sensor stops the vacuum cleaner to prevent overflowing.
An oil-repellent filter is available as an option to filter the exhaust air.
