Dust collectors for light dust and production workshops
TECHNIFILTRE dust collectors are designed to extract dust and light chips from production workshops. They can be used individually or as part of a centralised extraction system.
A versatile and modular system
The conditions of use associated with the application must be known in order to define it. The type of dust determines the choice of transport speed, the diameter of the hose or pipe and the filter elements. Also, the transport speed and suction flow rate are used to select the power. The quantity of dust or chips determines the type of cleaning and the options for managing clogged dust.
TECHNIFILTRE hybrid dust collectors are mobile for easy transport. They are built on the basis of a high-vacuum cleaner, but with a motorised fan. Cleaning is manual or automatic as an option. Several primary filters are available, and EP or HEPA final filtration is also available. For certain applications, there is an inert oil bath version and a spark arrestor.
TECHNIFILTRE cartridge dust collectors are designed for installation in production workshops. They have a large filter surface area.
Cleaning is automatic. Several primary filters are available. An ATEX Z22 version is available.
