TECHNIFILTRE vacuum cleaners for heavy dust are designed for production workshops. They can be used individually for cleaning or as part of a centralised vacuum system. Models designed for continuous use can also be used as source extraction for production machinery.
A versatile and modular system
The conditions of use associated with the application must be known in order to determine the appropriate model. Depending on capacity, vacuum cleaners are available with single-phase bypass motors or side channel turbines with three-phase motors. The type of dust determines the choice of transport speed, hose or pipe diameter and filter elements. Also, the transport speed and suction flow rate determine the power requirement.
The quantity of dust or chips determines the type of dust removal and the dust management options. A single vacuum cleaner can be used or combined with a cyclonic pre-separator with a collection tank of variable capacity, up to 1000 L.
Dust removal is manual or automatic as an option. Several primary filters are available, and EP or HEPA final filtration is also available.
For certain applications, there is an inert oil bath version and a spark arrestor.
An ATEX Z22 version is available.
