ZEFIRO

ZEFIRO oil mist extractors, manufactured by LOSMA, are designed for individual purification systems with medium capacity or medium-sized centralised systems. ZEFIRO can be installed in the work area or in a separate technical area. It is suitable for extracting oil mist or emulsion mist from machine tools and production machines.

ZEFIRO is a vacuum cleaner designed for floor installation. It consists of a settling chamber, a condensate collection tank equipped with a return pump on request, triple pre-filtration and primary filtration. The settling chamber reduces the speed to trap micro-oil droplets, fine particles and volatile chips. It can be emptied manually, and a return pump is available as an option. The pre-filters complement the effect of the quiet chamber. Also, the primary filtration is adapted to the type of lubricant. The motor fan is located on the roof of the ZEFIRO, in a soundproof box. This design reduces the footprint, which is an advantage for the workshop. HEPA 13 post-filtration is available as an option. Ergonomics for maintenance guided the design of this vacuum cleaner. The filter media can be replaced easily and quickly.

ZEFIRO comes standard with one or two pressure gauges for monitoring filter clogging.
