The Technifiltre team has set itself the challenge of creating a safe and optimised working environment that offers healthy working conditions for operators.
The brand’s CEO, Christian Strippoli, has addressed this issue in order to better meet the demands of his customers. ‘In recent years, we have seen a tightening of regulatory requirements in terms of health and safety, and it is sometimes difficult to implement an effective and appropriate air purification system in the production workshop.’
As an expert in consulting and installing high-performance industrial extraction and filtration equipment, Technifiltre has decided to add another string to its bow by expanding its range of solutions with a new line of industrial vacuum cleaners from Dupuy, a manufacturer of extraction and separation solutions for metal chips and lubricants.
Divided into two specific ranges, one for oil and chips and the other for all types of dust, the extraction solutions are designed to simplify the cleaning of industrial equipment with mobile, robust and, above all, space-saving devices.
Versatile and modular vacuum cleaners
Designed to operate in all environments, even the most demanding, the devices are ATEX Zone 22 certified for safe cleaning in potentially explosive environments. From medical to chemical and general mechanical engineering, they can be used in all sectors of activity without any problems.

Industrial vacuum cleaners consist of three main components: a suction unit, a filter unit and a tank. The motor generates a vacuum in the device, which sucks dust and materials into the tank. The heavier components then fall into the tank, while the finer particles are retained by the filter. The filtered, purified air is then released back into the working environment.
Equipped with single-phase or three-phase motors up to 400 V, the vacuum cleaners have a power rating of 1 kW to 25 kW to meet different requirements. Another significant advantage is that each vacuum cleaner is also available in a pneumatic version. The tank capacity depends on the size of the model chosen and the quantity of material to be absorbed. Starting at 60 litres for the most compact models, it can reach up to 450 litres for structures requiring greater suction capacity.
Filters for all requirements
The filtration efficiency of oil and other metal chips varies depending on the type of filter used. The products are therefore equipped with certified polyester filters grouped into three dust filtration categories: L/M/H. Each category is associated with the filter’s efficiency in microns (µ), with the highest rate being achieved with the use of a 0.18 µ HEPA filter, providing efficiency of up to 99.995%.
Christian Strippoli is delighted with this successful partnership and explains why he decided to expand his service offering with these mobile extraction solutions.
‘A healthy production environment is a prerequisite for achieving high productivity while ensuring the good health of teams and the longevity of equipment. The use of compact and fully effective mobile stations meets this requirement and offers a tailored solution for anyone wishing to create a healthy working environment with unbeatable value for money.’
